When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock items will ship in 1-2 business days. Pre order items will ship according to the date shown at checkout.
Orders placed with "Standard" shipping will ship via Fedex Ground or UPS and arrive in 3-7 business days.
Orders placed with "Express" shipping will ship via Fedex or UPS 2nd Day Air and arrive in 1-3 business days.
What is your return policy?
Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience possible.
If you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it arrived in its original packaging.
To start a return, please email us at info@kulamodern. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds will be applied within 24 hours of receipt of goods for the full order value minus the cost of the return shipping label.

All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
