Returns
Our goal is to deliver the best customer experience possible.

If you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it arrived in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please email us at info@kulamodern.com. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds will be applied within 24 hours of receipt of goods for the full order value minus the cost of the return shipping label.

Please note the following are not eligible for returns:
All sale items. 
International orders.

Damaged Goods 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can send you a replacement immediately.
