Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@kulamodern.com with your order number and we will send you a return shipping label.


Return Conditions
Returned items must arrive in like-new condition:

• Uninstalled and unused
• No damage to the product or its original packaging
  
• Complete, with all original components

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be refused or charged a restocking fee.


Refunds
Approved refunds shall be issued for the price of the returned items within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund amount.


We do not accept returns for the following orders:

• International orders
• Custom or made-to-order products
  
• Sale orders
  
  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us photos at info@kulamodern.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.
