Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment
Orders for in-stock items will ship within 24 hours.  Pre order items will ship according to the date shown at checkout. 

Standard Shipping
Orders placed with "Standard" shipping will ship via Fedex Ground or UPS and arrive in 3-7 business days.

Express Shipping
Orders placed with "Express" shipping will ship via Fedex or UPS 2nd Day Air and arrive in 1-3 business days depending on the location.

Signature Confirmation
Orders with a value over $1000 will require signature confirmation at delivery.

Pre Orders
We offer pre ordering for all out of stock inventory. Please refer to the expected ship date above the pre order button on the product description page for lead time. Your order confirmation email should also contain the expected ship date. Please reach out to us if there is a discrepancy or you have questions. 

International Shipping
We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to Canada at checkout. For shipping rates to other countries, please email info@kulamodern.com.

Please note: international orders are not eligible for return.
