Pricing: Approved accounts receive wholesale pricing as outlined in our current wholesale catalog. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimums: Order minimums may apply. Any exceptions must be approved in writing. We ask in good faith that wholesale customers plan to order an estimate of 40x units per year
Payment: Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Resale: Products purchased under wholesale terms are for direct resale only and may not be sold on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
Shipping: Shipping costs, lead times, and carrier methods will be confirmed upon order approval.
Returns & Damages: Returns are accepted for defective or damaged items and must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Warranty: All products are covered under our standard warranty policy unless otherwise stated.
Brand Representation: Resellers must represent products accurately and may not alter or rebrand items.
Termination: We reserve the right to revoke wholesale status at any time for failure to comply with these terms.
